Returns + Exchanges

Because each Club 814 piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for preference or change of mind. This keeps us from overproducing and lets us create intentionally, one piece at a time.

Size exchanges

We'll exchange unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Reach out first and we'll help you swap sizes — return shipping on exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective. Because items are made to order, we can't refund size-related orders, so please check the Size + Fit section on each product page before ordering.

Damaged or defective

We'll make it right. Email info@theclub814.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it.
