Returns + Exchanges

Because each Club 814™ piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for preference or change of mind. This keeps us from overproducing and lets us create intentionally, one piece at a time.

Size exchanges

We'll exchange unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Reach out first and we'll help you swap sizes — return shipping on exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective. Because items are made to order, we can't refund size-related orders, so please check the Size + Fit section on each product page before ordering.

Damaged or defective

We'll make it right. Email info@theclub814.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it.
