1. Sponsor. 452 Design LLC, doing business as Club 814, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Contact: jen@452design.com.
2. Not affiliated. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility in connection with this promotion. It is also not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with The Pennsylvania State University.
3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Everyone appearing in an entry must also be 18 or older. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
4. Entry period. Entries open Saturday, September 5, 2026 and close at 11:59 PM Eastern on Monday, September 7, 2026. Entries received after that time will not be counted.
5. How to enter. Wear a Club 814 temporary tattoo, take a photo or video of yourself wearing it, and share it in either of these ways:
- Post it publicly to Instagram and tag @theclub814 — 1 entry per qualifying post
- Send the photo or reel to @theclub814 by Instagram direct message — 5 entries per qualifying submission
You must follow @theclub814 to be eligible. Your account must be public for a tagged post to be counted. The tag must be @theclub814 exactly — posts tagging a different or misspelled account (for example @club814, which is an unrelated business) do not qualify, and we cannot see them. Enter as many times as you like. One prize per person — you can win only once, no matter how many entries you have.
6. What counts as an entry. Your photo or video must clearly show you wearing a Club 814 temporary tattoo. Photos of the tattoo on its own, of the card, of merchandise without a tattoo, or of a person who has not entered themselves do not count.
7. Duplicate and repeated entries. Each entry must be a different photo or video. Near-identical submissions count as a single entry, no matter how many times they are sent or posted. We may disqualify any entrant who repeatedly submits the same or substantially similar content, floods our inbox, or otherwise attempts to manipulate the giveaway, at our sole discretion.
8. Content standards. Entries must not show alcohol, drug use, nudity, or any person under 18. Entries that are unsafe, offensive, or that the Sponsor considers inconsistent with the brand will not be counted and will not be reposted. The Sponsor may disqualify any entry at its sole discretion and is not required to give a reason.
9. Prizes.
- One (1) grand prize: three (3) items from the Club 814 collection, winner's choice of item and size, plus a personal discount code for 20% off all future orders
- Ten (10) prizes: one (1) item each, winner's choice of item and size, plus a personal discount code for 20% off all future orders
All eleven (11) winners also receive access to the collection before it is released to the public. Retail value varies by item; the approximate retail value of any single prize will not exceed $118. No person may win more than one prize. Discount codes are issued to each winner individually, are tied to that winner's account, are not transferable, and may be revoked if shared. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable.
10. How winners are selected. The grand prize is awarded to the best post, judged by the Sponsor on originality, how clearly the tattoo is shown, and overall photo quality. All other prizes are awarded by random drawing from eligible entries. If an entrant is selected more than once, another entry will be drawn in their place. Selection takes place on or about Thursday, September 10, 2026. All decisions of the Sponsor are final.
11. Claiming your prize. Winners will be contacted by Instagram direct message from @theclub814 on or about Thursday, September 10, 2026. To claim, you must reply to that message within five (5) days with your shipping address, the item you have chosen, and your size. If you do not reply within five days, or do not provide all three, the prize is forfeited and another entry will be drawn in its place. Check your message requests if you don't see it. We use your address only to ship your prize and do not share it with anyone else. We will only ever contact you from @theclub814, and we will never ask you for payment, a password, or a verification code — if another account messages you claiming you have won, it is not us.
12. Rights. By tagging @theclub814, using #theclub814, or sending us your photo or video, you grant Club 814 permission to repost, share, and use it on our social media channels, website, and marketing materials, with credit to your account. You confirm the content is yours, that you have permission from everyone who appears in it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
13. General. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion if it cannot be run as planned. These Official Rules govern the promotion; if they conflict with any promotional material, these rules control. By entering, you agree to these rules.
